Here is Cyclops as he appeared when he was the leader of X-Factor. This was always my favorite version of his costume.

    Cyke is a modified TJ Batman.  I used an X-acto to cut off his ears, arm fins and the top of his boots, and to trim his mask down to look like a plain face, as well as trim off a bit of hs protruding chin.  I then dremelled off his utility belt, and smoothed all trimmed areas.  Milliput was used for his glove and boot cuffs and visor, as well as to fill in the slots in his back from those ridiculous wings.
    Prime, paint and seal, and you've got yourself the erstwhile leader of X-Factor.
